Stress Reduction Workshop for Men and Women

Give yourself the gift of a special day designed specifically to support yourself in de-stressing and decompressing in a therapeutic atmosphere. Learn new techniques promoted by doctors and healers alike for deep relaxation, changing your self-talk, moving the body to release tension and emotional blocks, focusing the mind on what you want to manifest, breathing techniques, healing of stress damage, and creativity focused on healing. Join Kathleen Lauritsen and Lauren Potter, both experienced practitioners of the healing arts, for this rejuvenating day! If there is interest, we will be hosting a monthly support group to explore more fully these techniques.
